What is it?
At Caputo Dental, we believe everyone should have access to quality, affordable dentistry. We are happy to offer our non-insured patients excellent care by an expert dentist—no insurance needed!
In today’s economy, we know that paying out of pocket for oral healthcare can be cost prohibitive. Likewise, we know that private dental insurance is expensive, restrictive, and extremely confusing. With the Caputo Dental in-house membership plan, a low annual fee will allow you access to free exams, cleanings, and x-rays.
Individual Plan
$349 per year

Dual Plan
$675 per year *
- 2 Exams

* Up to 20% off additional dental services annually. Children must be under 18-years old and all family members must reside in the same household.

We have specialists that will honor 20% off their services, as well!

The Terms and Limitations
Annual enrollment fees are due, in full, at the first appointment of the year, or can be paid ahead for the following year’s enrollment, and are non-refundable. Family members can enroll at different times of the year. However, the end of the benefit year will remain the same for all family members, 365 days after the 1st member enrollment date.
Benefits not used may not be rolled over to the next year.
This is an in-house plan and is NOT dental insurance. It cannot be combined with any other discount or dental insurance.
The in-house plan is not valid toward any treatment due to an injury involving a law suit, car accident, medical insurance, workman’s comp, or homeowner’s insurance.
This plan is non-transferable. Other family members cannot use your benefits. Valid at Caputo Dental only.
