- We follow the guidelines set by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) at all times.
- We use disposable items as often as we possibly can, and when we do rely on instruments that must be reused, we sterilize them thoroughly, as well as clean treatment rooms from top to bottom.
- As we discussed in our last blog post, we use intraoral cameras and digital photography, which allows us to discuss problems and solutions without keeping metal instruments lodged in your mouth throughout your appointment. This also allows us to detect problems much earlier than when using normal methods for diagnoses.
- We’ve also invested in a digital radiograph. A digital radiograph emits 80% less radiation than traditional x-rays do, which benefits both your body and the environment at large.
